Citizenship investment Options

The Dominica citizenship-by-investment Program is set out in the the legislation published pursuant to Section 101 of the Constitution and Sections 8 and 20 (1) of the Citizenship Act of Dominica. Under this scheme, you will need to make minimum investment of:

USD 200,000 one time donation to Government fund

USD 200,000 real estate investment

US$200,000  (two hundred thousand United States dollars) for the main applicant;

US$250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand United States dollars) for the main applicant and up to three qualifying dependants;

US$25,000 (twenty-five thousand United States dollars) for any additional dependant under the age of eighteen;

US$40,000 (forty thousand United States dollars) for any additional dependent eighteen years of age or older;

INVESTMENT
Dominica Real Estate Investment

an applicant must purchase a unit of an Approved Project worth at least US$200,000. Real estate must be held for either three years from the date citizenship is granted or, if the future purchaser is also a Citizenship by Investment applicant, five years from the date citizenship is granted.

Does Dominica recognize dual citizenship?

Yes, the laws of Dominica recognize and allow dual citizenship and you are not required to renounce your other citizenships. Further more, Dominica does not notify authorities of your country of residence or citizenship on your Dominican citizenship. You are not required to reside in Dominica to keep your citizen’s status.
