Citizenship Legislation
The Citizenship by Investment Programme was established in August 2013 through Act No. 15 of 2013, known as the ‘Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act, 2013.’ This legislation aims to facilitate individuals acquiring permanent residence and citizenship of Grenada through registration subsequent to making investments in the country.
