2.    We facilitate registration with HMRC and obtain mandatory documents required for the sponsor licence including but not limited to PAYE registration, VAT registration, and obtaining Employers Liability insurance.

3.     We assist you in securing the Authorising Officer and Level 1 user of your Sponsor Licence.

4.     We assist you in obtaining a Sponsor Licence for your UK business.

5.     We assist you in getting a UK Skilled worker visa for you and/or your family (includes up to two dependants).

I have set out below the execution of the 5 steps process in the three stages, including the Home Office fees;

Stage 1:

1. To formalise your instructions and engage in our services, submit your proof of name and address, and make an initial deposit.

2. We will provide a client care letter outlining the process and agreement of the services

3. We will facilitate UK company incorporation and a UK business bank account.(gbp 14-16)

4. We will facilitate registration with HMRC and obtain mandatory documents required for the sponsor licence including but not limited to PAYE registration, VAT registration, and obtaining Employers liability insurance.

Stage 2:

1.  We shall assist in obtaining a Sponsor Licence for your UK business.

a)  We will prepare a document outlining why your company needs a Sponsor Licence

b)  We will construct and setup the HR Compliance System for your Sponsor Licence

c) We will apply for the Sponsor Licence for your UK company and provide you with unlimited legal advice/service to deal with the Home Office queries

 Stage 3:

1.      We shall obtain a Certificate of Sponsorship
