If you plan to travel to the UK on or after February 22, 2024, you can obtain an ETA. The application process will be open starting February 1, 2024.

* If you're planning to travel soon, it's easy! Just apply for an ETA before your trip to the UK. You can even start your journey while waiting for a decision.
**Once you apply, you'll receive a confirmation email with your ETA.
We'll also link your ETA to the passport you used.
Your ETA is valid for 2 years, allowing you to travel to the UK as many times as you like during that period.
***If you get OR obtain a second passport or else if you renew your passport and got a new one, you’ll need to get a new ETA using this passport.

Having an ETA doesn't ensure you an entry to the UK.

1- Use your actual passport, not a photocopy.
2- Make sure you can access your emails.
3- Have a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay ready.
4- Take or upload photos of your passport and the face of the applicant.
