Important Information:
*A non-refundable Due Diligence & Administrative Fee of USD 8,000 is to be submitted along with the Stage One documents, covering all family applicants.
The Citizenship fees include a *fulfilment fee of USD 2,000, which is payable for passport production, Ceremony organization, and document delivery for a family of four.
***An additional fee of USD 1,500 per extra dependent applies.
Process
Preliminary assessment of eligibility by Citizenship-Index team;
Signing of the Service Agreement and collection of First Stage documents, along with requested fees;
Processing of the First Stage application by the Financial Intelligence Unit, including due diligence checks;
Approval of Due Diligence (First Stage);
Collection of Second Stage documents and submission to the Vanuatu Citizenship Commission Office, with required fees;
Meeting and screening at the Citizenship Commission Office for approval;
Approval of citizenship and printing of certificates;
Oath Ceremony of Allegiance *(conducted via Zoom Meeting Application);
Issuance of the passports;
Issuance of Share Certificates and distribution of documents to the applicants.

Due diligence documents
1. Certified Passport copies for all applicants (must be valid for 6 months)
2. CV (main applicant)
3. Police clearance for all applicants over 18 from country of residence and
passport
4. 3 months bank statement (main applicant)
5. Passport size photos
6. Marriage certificate for main applicant and wife
7. Birth certificate for all dependent children
8. No ties letter if from blacklist country – IRAN, IRAQ, YEMEN, SYRIA, N KOREA
After due diligence approval
1. Medical clearance for all applicant (A General Practitioner will need to provide
a medical report for all) applicants.
2. Trade license – IF APPLICABLE
3. Education documents for all adult dependents (where applicable)
4. Letter confirming all dependents are UNEMPLOYED and dependent on the main
applicant – only if dependent is over 18
5. Asset Report
6. 3 x reference letter
7. Utility bill
8. ID card or Driver License
9. Employment letter on company letterhead
